SHE (noun). A female. A woman. Also: unstoppable force. infinitely powerful. leader.

She Evolves is a women-only community and series of retreats, founded by Sarah Pirie-Nally in 2022. Sarah started it after years as a corporate leader and a mother of five, "doing it all" and placing everyone else's needs first. She wanted to create a retreat that appeals to every single woman. The first one was held in Fiji in October 2022: 300+ women across six retreats since 2022.

We don't just want to empower women. We're all for equality, and for making sure men are supported, nourished, heard and understood too. We are a safe place for women to uplevel. And guess who wins? Everyone.

When SHE evolves, we all evolve.

Happy, fulfilled women build stronger relationships, families, workplaces and communities.

Belonging changes everything.

Isolation, imposter syndrome and a lack of support shrink when women come together and share what they know.

Who is She Evolves for?

Women. Whether you're a businesswoman, a leader, a caregiver or a creative, you'll find inspiration, empowerment and community here. You don't need to arrive polished or certain. You just need to come.

Is it really women-only?

Yes. She Evolves is women-only, not anti-men. We're all for equality. We're a safe place for women to uplevel, and when SHE evolves, we all evolve.

What actually happens at a retreat?

Think event menu rather than timetable: a welcome dinner, keynote speakers, workshops and discovery sessions, optional sunrise yoga and movement, and Courage Hour (cocktails, mocktails and courage) before dinner with the community. Sarah evolves the program to suit the group. Each retreat's program is shared closer to the date.

Is it a wellness retreat or a business event?

Both, and neither. It's time and space with women who are designing their lives on purpose, with sessions to help you reflect and reset. It's a community, not therapy or a substitute for professional care.

When are the 2027 retreats?

Fiji is November 2027, after the Melbourne Cup (dates TBC). Bali is 30 May – 4 June 2027, for alumni and friends.

How much does Bali cost?

Single A$5,000 (deposit A$2,250) or Twin A$6,000 for two sharing (deposit A$3,000). Balance due 31 March 2027. Limited to 30 women. Fiji pricing will be announced with the dates.

Who can book Bali?

Bali 2027 is for She Evolves alumni and the friends they invite.

Can I come with a friend?

Yes. The Twin package is A$6,000 for two sharing a room (deposit A$3,000).

When is the balance due?

Your deposit holds your place. The balance is due by 31 March 2027.

Are flights included?

No, flights aren't included. Please don't book non-refundable flights until your place is confirmed.

Is there a scholarship?

Yes, for 2027. Places are by nomination only. Know a woman who could use a place in the room? You can nominate her (or yourself) here.
