The first She Evolves retreat happened in Fiji in October 2022. What mattered wasn’t polish or having the right answer. It was women with full, complicated lives listening properly, laughing loudly and letting each other be seen.

She Evolves is a women-only community and retreat series founded by Sarah Pirie-Nally. Women arrive from leadership, caregiving, business and creative lives — with different responsibilities, and the same wish to find their own direction again.

You don’t need a perfectly articulated goal or a polished answer. Bring the question you’ve been carrying, or simply come with a little space to listen.

The return carries the same open-hearted spirit as the first gathering: conversation with room to be honest, and permission to make space for joy. Specific 2027 experiences are not yet confirmed.

Where in Fiji will it be held?

Fiji is confirmed as the destination, but the 2027 venue has not yet been confirmed.

How much will it cost?

Fiji pricing is coming soon. We won’t ask you to make a decision until the price and details are confirmed.

What will the program include?

The Fiji 2027 program is coming soon. Retreat experiences can include a welcome dinner, reflection and co-design with Sarah, keynote speakers, workshops and discovery sessions, optional sunrise yoga or movement, and Courage Hour before community dinner. Elements vary by retreat and the program is shared closer to the date; none of this is a confirmed Fiji itinerary.

Who is She Evolves for?

Women across leadership, caregiving, business and creative lives. She Evolves is women-only and community-led. You don’t have to arrive polished, certain, or with a particular job title.

Is the interest form a booking?

No. It lets us know you want to hear about Fiji 2027. There is no payment or commitment, and the dates, venue, pricing and program are not yet confirmed.

Are the films from the upcoming retreat?

No. The video reflections and photographs on this page are archival footage and images from the first Fiji gathering in October 2022. There is no Fiji 2027 event footage yet.
