She Evolves ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, register interest, nominate someone for the scholarship, make a brand enquiry or book a retreat, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email address, the retreat you're interested in and anything you write in a message. For bookings we also collect what's needed to run your booking (for example dietary or accessibility needs). Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store card details.
2. How we use it
To reply to you, send the She Evolves updates you asked for, run retreats and bookings, and review scholarship nominations. We only email you about She Evolves, and you can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
3. Who we share it with
Trusted service providers that help us run She Evolves: our email platform (Kit), our payment processor (Stripe), our website host, and, for bookings, the accommodation and travel partners who need your details to deliver the retreat. We never sell your information.
4. Scholarship nominations
Nominations are reviewed privately by Sarah. Please keep private health, financial or family details broad. We never share anyone's story without her clear, ongoing permission.
5. Photos and filming
We may photograph or film retreats. You can opt out at booking or on arrival.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sarah@sheevolves.community. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
