These terms cover your use of the She Evolves website. By using the site you agree to them.
2. Information on this site
We work hard to keep retreat details accurate, but dates, programs and prices can change. Anything marked "to be announced" or "TBC" isn't final. Retreat bookings are governed by the booking terms for that retreat (for Bali, see the Bali booking terms).
3. Registering interest
Registering interest or joining the waitlist doesn't reserve a place or create a booking. A place is only confirmed when a deposit is paid under the relevant booking terms.
4. Community and conduct
She Evolves is a respectful, women-only (not anti-men) space. Please be kind in our community spaces. We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk.
5. Not professional advice
She Evolves is a community and retreat experience. It isn't therapy, medical, financial or legal advice, and isn't a substitute for professional care.
6. Intellectual property
The She Evolves name, logo, words and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't reuse them without permission.
7. Links
We may link to other sites (for example Instagram or Facebook). We aren't responsible for their content.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
